A branded coffee machine with a built-in timer and a Nespresso coffee bar are available.

Final cleaning
For the final cleaning we charge a service fee.

Towels
Fresh towels are provided at the start of the rental for a service fee.

Patio
The west-facing inner courtyard offers a small, secluded lounge area with seating for relaxing outdoors or for chilling out in the evening sun.

Close to the city
600 m to the city center - in a few minutes you can reach the Nordhorn city park and the adjacent pedestrian zone with its shops on the Vechte island.

EXCURSION TIPS Around Nordhorn

Enjoy the beautiful nature in and around Nordhorn on its numerous bike, hiking and waterways. Explore the charming city center with shops, restaurants and bars that invite you to stroll and linger. In addition to many cultural offers such as the “Art Paths”, Nordhorn has a large sports park, a zoo with play area and a spacious outdoor pool with adjoining indoor pool. A multiplex cinema will also open its doors from the beginning of 2017.

The location right on the border to our friendly and open-hearted neighbors, the Dutch, is predestined for a day trip to the beautiful region of Twente.

A welcome folder is provided for our tenants so that you can find your way around straight away. This includes, among other things. Information about the apartment and the immediate surroundings, a city map with hiking routes and interesting event brochures.
