It offers two entrances; one from the inner courtyard and one via the entrance on the Stadtring. The cozy living/dining room is furnished to a high standard and lacks nothing in terms of comfort.
The bathroom with open, walk-in shower is equipped with an integrated rain shower, towels, hairdryer, bathroom accessories and a nice washing system.
There is a spacious hallway and a comfortable bedroom with two high-quality single beds and fitted wardrobes. The living/dining room and the bedroom both have a flatscreen TV with the latest technology and WiFi. On the rear terrace with privacy screen to the inner courtyard, you can enjoy the time when the weather is nice. A free parking space is available in the inner courtyard. I can provide you with a lockable garage box for bicycles you bring with you.

Nordhorn – idyllically situated in the middle of the county of Bentheim and only a stone’s throw away from the Netherlands, the city bears its nickname “Wasserstadt” due to the numerous watercourses and canals in and around the district town. For example, the Vechte, a 182 kilometer long river running from the Münsterland lowland bay to the IJsselmeer, flows around the city center. 8 bridges connect the traffic-calmed Vecht island with the “Festland”.
The Quartier 23 holiday apartment is centrally located in Nordhorn on the Stadtring 23. The residential and commercial building from 1962 has been completely renovated. The city center with its numerous shopping opportunities can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. You will also find a bakery, a pharmacy, the post office, the concert and theater hall, the city park and the Black Garden, a memorial designed by the American concept artist Jenny Holzer, within walking distance of the holiday apartment in Nordhorn.
By car from all directions via the B403 or the B213 onto the city ring (5 min).
By train to Nordhorn and on foot approx. 400 m (5 min).
By bus to Nordhorn train station (9 min) and from there about 400 m on foot (5 min).
