(GTC) for the Quartier23 holiday apartment<\/h1><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br \/><strong>1. Scope<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the landlord of the Quartier23 holiday apartment (hereinafter &#8220;landlord&#8221;) and the guest (hereinafter &#8220;tenant&#8221;). Deviating regulations must be agreed in writing.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>2. Conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">A rental contract is concluded when the landlord has confirmed the tenant&#8217;s booking in writing, by email or via a booking system. The tenant is obliged to check the booking confirmation immediately for accuracy and to report any deviations immediately.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>3. Payment conditions<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The total price of the stay is shown in the booking confirmation.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 14 days before arrival. For short-term bookings, the total amount is due immediately.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">If payment is not made on time, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the contract.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>4. Arrival and departure<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The holiday apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. A later departure or earlier arrival requires prior agreement with the landlord.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>5. Cancellation and withdrawal<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cancellation by the tenant must be made in writing.<br \/>The following conditions apply to cancellations:<br \/>Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.<br \/>29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.<br \/>Less than 14 days before arrival: 90% of the total price.<br \/>The landlord will endeavor to rent the apartment to someone else. If this is successful, the amount already paid will be refunded, minus a processing fee of \u20ac50.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>6. Use of the holiday apartment<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The holiday apartment may only be used by the number of people stated in the booking.<br \/>Pets are only allowed after prior agreement.<br \/>Smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment.<br \/>The tenant is obliged to treat the holiday apartment with care and to report any damage to the landlord immediately.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>7. Liability<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to the tenant&#8217;s items.<br \/>The tenant is liable for damage caused by him, fellow travelers or guests.<br \/>Parents are liable for their children.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>8. House rules<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The night&#8217;s quiet from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. must be observed.<br \/>All devices and facilities in the holiday apartment must be used properly.<br \/>The garbage must be disposed of in the containers provided.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>9. Data protection<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">The personal data provided by the tenant will only be used to process the booking and legal obligations. It will only be passed on to third parties within the framework of the legal requirements.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>10.
